Voyager provides a private transportation booking platform connecting customers with independent drivers for point-to-point transfers and sightseeing itineraries. Voyager acts as a booking intermediary and is not the transportation provider.

Customers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings at all times. While drivers endeavor to assist with luggage, Voyager and its drivers are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage or personal items. Customers should not leave valuables unattended in vehicles.

Voyager and its drivers are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border checks, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Customers should allow extra time for time-sensitive journeys. Drivers will make reasonable efforts to follow the most efficient route and arrive on time.

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Voyager. Each driver is responsible for their own vehicle, insurance, licensing, and conduct during the ride. Voyager is not liable for the acts, omissions, or misconduct of drivers, nor for any accident, injury, or loss arising during transportation.

Bookings may be modified or cancelled according to the cancellation terms presented at booking. Paid bookings may be eligible for refunds as stated in the cancellation policy. Voyager reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking for legitimate operational reasons.

All prices are shown in the currency presented at booking. Payment is processed securely through the platform. Customers agree to pay the confirmed fare for services rendered.

Customers agree to treat drivers with respect, not to endanger the driver or vehicle, and to provide accurate booking information. Voyager reserves the right to refuse service to abusive or disruptive customers.

Voyager collects the following personal data to operate the service: your full name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination locations, booking dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, and payment information. Location data may be used for live ride tracking during active bookings.

Your data is used to process bookings, assign drivers, calculate pricing, send booking confirmations and reminders, provide live ride tracking, and handle customer support inquiries. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

Your booking details (name, contact, pickup/destination) are shared with the assigned driver solely to fulfill the booking. We do not sell your personal data. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and service improvement.

Booking records are retained for operational and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.

The platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
